• Facilitating communication between businesses and lenders.
All financing decisions are made by the lender, not by lendflo.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a registered business operating in Canada.
• Have authority to bind your business to these terms.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
4. Application Process
When you submit a financing application through lendflo, you authorize us to:
• Share your information with lenders in our network.
• Perform a soft credit inquiry (no impact on your credit score unless a hard pull is required by a specific lender with your consent).
• Contact you via email, phone, or SMS regarding your application.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or the availability of any specific financing product.
5. Fees
lendflo's services are free to business applicants. We are compensated by lenders when a financing deal closes successfully. Any fees associated with specific loan products are disclosed by the lender directly.
6. Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to lendflo is accurate, truthful, and complete. Providing false or misleading information in connection with a financing application may constitute fraud and could result in legal liability.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the lendflo website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of lendflo Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The lendflo platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any financing will be available to you.
Information on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lendflo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by you to lendflo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
